There was a stake father son campout scheduled. Dave got off work and promised to take the three big boys and head out into the wild. We went shopping for food, sleeping bags, flashlights and supplies. The boys were SOOO excited (especially Dave.) Well, the weather turned rainy and cold and the campout was cancelled. To avoid the devestation, Dave was a great sport and decided to take the boys camping in our backyard. Grandpa even helped to get the fire going and set up the tent. It was such a fun night of cooking hot dogs and roasting marshmellows. Dave and the boys even slept in the tent. Dave got VERY little sleep worrying about everyone and trying to keep everyone covered up. Then the cold front came in and the boys finally woke up and said they were cold. Everyone moved into the house at 5 in the morning. They are all dying to do it again.
