Father's Day

Proud Papa and his boys. Shockingly, we were late to church and missed the Primary singing for Father's Day. The boys made it up to Dave by singing to him at home. Noah is by far our most... um, aggressive singer, Adam enjoys it, Paul is totally embarrassed and Jude is just walking around eating a plum.

An Overnight Trip to Adventureland

Wer decided to head out to Des Moines when Dave got off work on Friday. We spent the night in a hotel and I think that might have been more exciting than our actual destination. My boys LOVE to swim, especially with Dave. Jude was an absolute daredevil, flying and going underwater with nothing but giggles to show for it. Saturday, we had a great time too... but I forgot my camera, so it seems like it didn't happen. I have no proof!

Total trust in dad.

Paul is always trying to get the biggest splash to soak mom.

I would have never guessed my boys would like exercise so much. they were having a great time maxing out the machines and working up a sweat. Why oh why can't that sound like fun to me??

Cute Stuff

Why on Earth would you come in out of the rain? It's the perfect excuse to throw on a swimsuit and have a water gun fight with the neighbors.

Grandma got this talking light up E.T. doll at a garage sale and Noah and Jude love it. Jude might love it a little too much.

Look mom! I'm reading!!

Ok. That look on his face. He absolutely knows he is being naughty. If Jude is quiet, watch out. He is probably playing on the keyboard changing all the settings on the computer. Good thing he's cute.

Jake's Graduation Party

The family of Lynes. If only they could get a little closer...

My boys. Avoiding the party by hiding in a tree. At least it made for a cute picture.

Grandma and Grandpa laying the love on thick.

Rub A Dub Dub...Three Boys in a Tub

Look at those guns on Adam!

Yep. That is as crazy as I could get Jude's hair. Luckily he's cute enough to make up for the lack of hair.
Adam usually thinks he is too big for this, but once and a while he'll give in!

Showing off those beautiful blue eyes again!

Love those eyelashes.

Soccer Season Spring 2010

Grandpa cheering the boys on.

Paul tried out another new team this year. He was a Joker and they had a pretty tough season. No wins and I think only two goals all season. On the bright side, Paul scored one of them! He did a great job of working hard and sticking with it. He is so athletic it is just getting to be more and more fun to watch him play!

Adam is my little scrapper. He played for the Tiny Titans again and they had a great season. He is very aggressive and super fun to watch.

Noah. Oh my dramatic, silly Noah. He had a great time playing with Ace, Jack, Joe, Ethan and Jake. Unfortunately, I think he had more fun playing with them on the sidelines, than actually playing a game. His very first game he was not doing well at all. He totally started to cry and his coach totally cheered him on as he scored his first goal while crying. It was soo stinkin cute.

What fun!! We LOVE soccer season!

Father Son Campout

The morning after.
Warming up by the fire in the morning.

This is where Noah spent most of his time... the bathroom. It was quite a trying experience for everyone. Turns out Noah had diarrhea. Not only did he have to go 18 times during the night, but he was terrified of the bottomless pit stinky toilet. Can't say that I blame him.
Adam had wanted to skip school that day, but I told him if he didn't go,he couldn't go on the campout. Well. I should have made him stay home. He threw up in the middle of the night. He tried to make it out of the tent, but he was on the far side from the door, so he just unzipped the window and thought he was doing a good thing and zipped it back up. He is so sweet, he didn't even wake Dave up. Unfortunately, he puked into the built in screen and Dave discovered it when he was packing the tent. Of course it was freezing, so Paul woke up at about 3:30 and couldn't go back to bed. And after all that... They had a great time and can't wait to go next year.
