Wer decided to head out to Des Moines when Dave got off work on Friday. We spent the night in a hotel and I think that might have been more exciting than our actual destination. My boys LOVE to swim, especially with Dave. Jude was an absolute daredevil, flying and going underwater with nothing but giggles to show for it. Saturday, we had a great time too... but I forgot my camera, so it seems like it didn't happen. I have no proof!

I would have never guessed my boys would like exercise so much. they were having a great time maxing out the machines and working up a sweat. Why oh why can't that sound like fun to me??
